I started bodybuilding after I had several injuries from running.
I am now training a 3 split program 6 days a week and I love it.

Bodybuilding is not just an interest it is a way of life. It is one of the most honest activities you can do, since your return is completely dependant on what you invest. Hard work pays off, and thats why I love it :)
