Saw a guy doing 300 pushups in a day challenge for 30days.

My first attempt to do pushups was 40pushups and my ABS got hurt so bad I couldnt stand up for 5min.
It was 5pushups, rest, 5pushups, rest, 5pushups, rest.. until 40 pushups my abs gave up. :)

Currently, Only focusing on pushups, but my most hated excercise is abs, and I start liking doing it too!
50 abs each day.
