I first started by doing only cardio at home with an elliptical machine to lose weight, then I added a few exercises with light weights. Finally, I subscribed to the gym of the company I did an internship at, as it was free and we had a coach, in September 2011. Then I really started working out with weights.
When I quit this internship and moved to Thailand, I subscribed to a gym and continued the same routine first, then added new exercises, more weight etc. Keeping doing so right now, but trying to focus more on a good diet since June 2013, which, I have to admit, has been a bit on and off ><
Feeling better both mentally and physically.
Loving the changes I noticed in my overall body shape. Even if I didn't really lose weight a lot, I think I lost fat and I for sure improved my silhouette. I especially love the changes in my upper body and particularly the shoulders/delts.
