Being a skinny kid was never fun throughout school life. leading up to the end of secondary school around the age of fifteen and looking around at some of the bigger guys i decided i wasn't happy with what i was seeing in the mirror. It was then that i started to notice flex magazine and muscle and fitness magazine, seeing Jay Cutler on the front cover and him becoming one of my idols along side Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dorian yates. i was becoming a bodybuilding fan and my lifestyle lead this way from the help of sports college and university pathways, but it was never going to be easy and so i discovered when i began to eat endlessly and realized i was an ectomorph that had an increased metabolisim which became a nightmare in order to gain weight.
Starting out training at the age of 16 and weighing 57kg there was clearly a lot of work in years to come but this did not stop me from pursuing a passion in the sport. Reading magazines and browsing the internet was a good place to start and continue in order to increase my knowledge and learn the way to gain muscle and look aesthetic.
Now at the age of 21 and training for a period of 5 years, my passion for the sport is forever growing and the psychological and physiological benefits that it brings me motivate me to be the best i can and gives me more reason to reach my goals.
My weight currently sits at 83kg (bodyfat 9%) which is an increase of 26kg! and still wanting to grow. astoundingly, this is almost half the weight of my body when i first started training.
