I started lifting back in high school and have from then always had a interest in bodybuilding. I struggled for years with routines in the gym, or other things taking priorty. In the past 6 years I have tried to achieve serious change in my body, with size and strength. I have done both, but lack the physique to show off my work. Dieting, and finding the right program that will shred my body to show the muscle I have built has been my largest hurtle. Now that I am over 40 and my health is a more serious matter, I want to do what ever is necessary to achieve my goal of a lean muscular body. I am incorporating a Boot Camp program to my lifestyle, and seriously watching my diet to shred unwanted fat.
I have always loved lifting iron, since I was in high school. I wish I had more of a role model back then and a circle of friends to encourage me to succeed. Now I am married and have a child whom encourage me and are willing to support me in my dietary needs to succeed. I know I will fall now and then but I will get back up and push forward even harder. I have always wanted to lift heavy amounts of weight to be a part of the elite group of lifters that when normal folk see what I lift are in awe as I was once when I was younger. I still have room for improvement, but now I am more driven into creating a perfect physique for me, and be a role model for my wife, and daughter. I love lifting because I love how it makes me feel after a good workout, and the feeling of being pumped up, and tight, I just want to see more of it, and others too as well.
