I was a overweight as a kid, and in my early teens I started using fitness DVDs and running to lose weight, which worked, However, I developed an unhealthy obsession with long, gruelling cardio workouts, low-carb clean eating and staying as light as possible. After some help, and some growing up, I now have a much more balanced outlook on my health and body
Now, I love working out and staying in great shape, but still enjoy life outside the gym - life is far too short to worry about weight or so-called "bad food" :)
Now I'm working towards competing in my first bodybuilding competition this year in the UK!
