I have been interested in fitness and working out since early in my adult life, I just could never stay on track and make it part of my life style. I did not understand nutrition, what I thought was healthy food because the labels and advertisements said so, were actually not. I have been researching and learning as much as I can from bodybuilding.com, youtube and other on-line articles, magazines, books and other active fitness gurus.
I am a mother of three teenage boys, since I have given life I intend to get mine back- part of that is being accountable for my health and changing my body. I firmly believe with hard work, dedication and a positive attitude it is very possible to have the body and the good health you have always wanted. We as humans tend to make so many excuses and set limitations that hold us back from evolving and growing, we have a tendency to deny ourselves from living our full potential and we really need to get focussed to move past all that to be the best we can be.
I love the feeling I get when working out- I feel strong and in control of my own destiny- I get to decide what I will make of myself. I am especially happy when I can see the changes in my body, I can wear what clothes I want, I am healthy and feel great!
I love the sense of evolving into something great and fantastical, the human body is amazing! All our organs and tissues, how each system functions and with the right nutrition and exercise plan we can take ourselves from a beat up Toyota Corrolla to a Ferrari state, it is a beautiful thing.
