I actually started training hardcore back in 2005. Within 6 months I had completely transformed my physique from skinny ectomorph to a sexy lean fit body. I loved working out so much that in 2008 I decided to make a career out of fitness and become a personal trainer. While I loved personal training, it was detrimental to my success in my own personal fitness goals. Since 2010 I have felt like I was just treading water trying to stay afloat--or motivated rather. I started getting a lot of "special cases" clients: clients who had ailments or were working past an injury. Because of all the research and time spent benefitting and enhancing my clients health and fitness goals, I completely let my own goals go down the drain! I decided earlier this year (2013) to walk away from personal training and finish my business degree so that I could find my joy and excitement in working out again. My ultimate goal would be to finally tackle my dream of entering a fitness bikini competition.
