I've been training since my college days. Started working out with my ex-fiance during our college days, which inspired my love for working out. I idolized Rachel Mclish (sp?), and Cory Everson, bought every one of their books, and religiously followed their plans. Worked out at Powerhouse Gym... wanted to compete in the MsFitness pageants, until I got sick with breast cancer in Sept. 2000. I had a mastectomy, sick and bloated from 12 weeks of intense chemo, and then reconstruction when all was said and done 1yr later. Currently work out at XSports Fitness, and am trying to get back into training to compete again.
I love the way my body looks, and how I feel when it starts to change. Problem is finding the time to devote, and stay motivated, after long hours at work. I am working on getting back into it, and thought this was the best way to start back again.
