Spin class and jogging weren't making the change that I assumed they would so I dug deeper for info about how to change and transform uncover my real (healthy strong) shape. I found this site by searching for a plan and began the Live Fit 12 week plan right away. Still at it 5 months later!

There is a pride in having strength. Working to increase the weight and FEELING my muscles! I love when I cross my arms and feel biceps, itch my side and feel my obliques or press against my leg and theres a quad!! Love that I am making it happen and believing that I have FINALLY found the REAL way to be healthy and fit. Yay!
