I have always been a very athletic and in shape person. When I was in grade school- high school. I always had a great set of abs and strong core. Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, Football, Swim team, Golf, Tennis, Horses (polls, barrels, calf, etc), water polo, volleyball, etc.
I hit a really rough time in my life, I lost a lot of weight. Went from 170lb down to 135lb. I stayed that way for over half a year. I took almost two full years off anything sports and or working out. My body started to ach and fall apart.
I was once the biggest and strongest kid on the court/pool/field but now a push over. I let other things control and dictate my life.
I started working out again because I miss the feeling of waking up and wanting to improve myself...
Why I Love it
I love body building/sports because I love waking up in the morning hungry to make myself better
