I have always been an active person. So working out was always happening. Last year was the first time I joined a gym, but I left because the commute was too much. Now I work out at my campus gym. But I've just started, so I don't have any results to boast.
I've always been a fan of bodybuilding and strength competitions. I was always pretty scrawny since I was a young teen. My old personal trainer says I need only gain 5 lbs of muscle to see a big difference because I have "petite joints"

So that's my first goal. Gain 5 pounds of muscle. Shouldn't be too hard. Also, I want to take up gymnastics and/or a mixed martial arts class.
I used to watch World's Strongest Man competitions and Olympic bodybuilding tournaments when I was younger. I had become obsessed with the image, even though it wasn't something people my age were interested in. I'm a hard gainer. I do alot of work and see no growth. So I'm looking for tips and help in any way. I am subscribed to Men's magazines, and I do as much as I can to follow their plans.
I love the feeling of tightness when I work out. Just feels good.
