I have been working out on and off since I was about 18 years old and I have had some highs and lows. I have always struggled with keeping my diet on track and sticking with my plan to get fit. I would go good for a couple months then I would give up and binge harder than ever before. My current goal is to get down around 200 lbs. but have a small waist and a good amount of muscle. I want to fall in love with the journey so that I never go back to where I was.
