when i was searching for a job i forgot a bit about my weight and what i eat, i started munching all the time as i was sitting mostly at home on my laptop and couch doing nothing but search for jobs, eat and sleep with 0 exercise, i was 84Kg and after 6 months of doing not exercising i weighted myself and i have gained more than 20 KGs reaching 105KG, i joined a new company i starting working and with my first salary i decided that its time change my body and to get back in a better shape, i kept delaying myself, but at the end i went for it and joined a gym. i felt fat and heavy and couldnât do things which I am used too it was my first time in my life to reach more than 100kgs which stunned me.
i simply love bodybuilding and workout because it makes me feel alive, when iam down and tired and feel like doing nothing going to the gym and working out gets my blood pumping which makes me more active, changing the way i look is the main concern why i work out i hate bellyâs and do not want to have one, i want to be fit and to be able to do things/moves with my body i could imagine that my body will let me do so.
