Always been an athlete. I played tennis on a pro. level for 6+ years. I also love to run, I've done the San Francisco Marathon and numerous half marathons.

Cardio is very easy for me but lifting is difficult. I'm nervous about proper form and I can't lift very much so I get shy in the gym.
