Was pretty into bodybuilding all growing up. When I got out of the military I let myself go pretty bad. I got back into shape in 2004 and kept it off for about six years, but over the last two I have slowly let myself go again. I read Body by Design by Kris Gethin to help find some motivation, and put together some sort of strategy to loose the weight as well as put some mass back on.

I love the way I feel after a great workout. Over time the hard work always pays off when you are happy with who you see in the mirror.
