Fitness has always been an important part of my life and has more recently become a major part of my lifestyle. After graduating college in May 2014 I Have realized that fitness will play a major role in my next steps in life. Through fitness I am able to improve my mental capabilities and surpass my limits.

The body is truly a temple and fitness gives it longevity.
