After having two back-to-back pregancies (my boys are 18 months apart) and not having been active for over 2 years, I decided to hire personal trainer. I lost 19lbs and 12% bodyfat in 3 months. It was extremely difficult but exhilirating at the same time.
I started with Bodybuilding because I wanted to revamp my workouts. I had personal training sessions for 3 months at my gym and my personal trainer suggested bodybuilding.com for recipes and training routines. I really like the expert advice that is available here and it's also motivating to look at other people's accomplishments.
I joined today (4/8/13), so I'm looking forward to trying new routines and tracking my progress!

I love working out for the stress release it provides me and for the fitness benefits of course. I love that feeling of accompishment after a hard worout!
