It all started in January of 2011 when I decided after having lost 60lbs, I needed to do more for what I have. I started eating healthier, and did P90X for a short time. I grew bored with that routine and joined a gym to get out of the house. I am so glad I did!

I love the pump I get from lifting, I enjoy the rush and energy I feel afterward. The benefits are the great muscle definition I am seeing, and knowing what I eat greatly affects how I look and feel.
