I started dancing jazz, modern and ballet in my early teens. As I grew older and continued to dance, my hips started to give me excruciating pain. After 10 years, I had to put my shoes away. It's been 5 years since....I'm ready to try again. I truly believe if I prepare my entire body, I may not be in so much pain. So here I am. I joined a very popular gym that offers me so many different classes along with great equipment all over my county. I started with Pilates and Yoga, but I'm ready to utilize everything else the gym has to offer.
I know I can transform my body with the proper workouts, nutrition, motivation and care.
I can't describe it, it's just awesome!! This is my temple and I want it to look as great as I feel (sometimes lol) in my youth I only "worked out" in dance class or running around with my friends. This new type of "working out" has such different benefits, I really like it. I look forward to my next workout everyday because it's such a great feeling.
