Ok, well I was obese in school. Then I had to lose weight or risk serious health complications. I peaked at 104kg at 17 years of age. Then I lost 24kg over a few years, until I completed uni. Then I started working after uni and stuffed my lifestyle up, regaining 23kg over the next few years. So now I'm hovering at ~102kg, I look gross, my shirts and pants no longer fit me, my fitness is crap and my confidence is hiding.
Instead of just losing weight, like last time, I want to transform myself from this fat blob to a muscular slab. So I signed up to the gym today, joined Bodybuilding.com and am planning on following the Kris-Get-Thin workout plan.
I don't love working out. I love the effects and the results. I don't enjoy torturing myself in the gym, but I like feeling that sense of accomplishment, I like feeling thin, I like feeling fit and I like feeling the pain!
