Well since I could remember I've always had a weight issue but being in cheerleading most of my life I got my workout from there. I always did the quick easy diets or took diet pills but as I got older i felt the consequences on my body & mind. I got more depressed for the fact that i was never pleased with myself. My best friend who began getting weighed in & having meal plans made for her told me to try Lean Nutrition (where they do all that stuff) So I did & they made it so much easier to be & stay healthy & lose weight. After that I just became addicted to anything and everything that's about being fit & strong!
Oh my gosh! I can not begin to explain why i love working out. I had such a rough life & growing up. Had alot of problems within myself that working out gives me a sense of peace & motivation! All the endorphin's that are let out as im working out help me be a better person. I just feel good all around. In anything I do! It's like a drug that has no bad side effects just everything you've always wanted. and of course I want to live for as long as i can. :)
