Ever since I can remember, my mother has been working out nearly daily. In her twenties, she started bodybuilding and never stopped staying fit; she's in her late fifties now and STILL looks amazing.
My first job was a receptionist/front desk clerk at a local gym - my mom continually hounded me to start working out with her and my step-dad, so I finally did.
I never really took it seriously until my early twenties, but even then, I couldn't keep a consistent schedule.
Recently, I started feeling a bit more motivated by my sister and my boyfriend (whom both love working out) and decided to kick my ass into gear! With my full-time work schedule and squeezing school in-between, I hope to become the Master of my Body and finally look and feel the way I've always wanted to.
Fit - healthy - happy. :)
I feel better (physically, mentally) and definitely LOOK better.
