Well, one day I decided that I didn't want to be your average run of the mill individual. I decided that I wanted to push myself to my absolute physical limits. I wanted to be the fastest, strongest, most athletic person in every given circumstance.

Bodybuilding is a very controversial sport, and more than any other it is a very personal one. It teaches me control, helps me push through any obstacle and helps destroy the limits I have set on myself. It helps me become a stronger person in the gym, and outside of it as well.
