Just got tired of being skinny and having everyone telling me that I needed to eat. So once I got stationed in Tampa, Fl I had a co-worker who was going to the "Athletic Club" and told me I should start going. So I started back in 2007 and haven't looked back.

I love the feel I get after Im done working out. I just have so much energy and just feel so strong and alive. Even if I feel bad that day, once I drag myself to the gym and I start working out, I begin to get the "pump" and I end up being there for 2 hours. Its amazing how much better it makes me feel.
