I first started working out around my junior year of High School. Partly for sports, partly for myself. Once I had met one of my best friends, Matthew, he took it to a whole new level for me. It became about just being healthy for myself. I have been competing with him for an extremely long time now. Since I have started I have made it a goal to keep myself in great shape. I will also be taking the things that I learn with me, always learning and always growing in this industry. I plan to pass all the things I learn on to my children and allow them to take that knowledge and use it to make their life and body healthy.
I love working out because it allows me to just take the stress from work, home, friends, everything and just forget about it. I can leave all my emotions right in the steel plates and forget about everything. When you finish that last set and you just feel so exhausted, you feel like everything you had built up is just gone it allows you to reflect with no emotional input on situations. It gives you a clear head, and that is what I enjoy the most. I don't have to do anything but focus on myself and what I want, pumps, size, strength both mentally and physically.
