My dad gave me my first weight bench when I was 13 to keep me out of trouble LOL. I stopped lifting in my 20s trying to be everything I was "supposed" to be - that backfired LOL. I am who I am, I do what I want, take it or leave it. I LOVE bodyspace because I don't have to explain to you why I lift. YOU GET IT. I appreciate that - ROCK ON!
