I love working out and do bootcamps, resistance training, play soccer, run occasionally and generally love being active. My downfall is food...portion control. I eat super healthy but I eat too much...I am working on that and attempting to lose 25 lbs and maybe increase my muscle mass by 5 lbs too! I am on this site to get motivation, track my progress and meet like-minded people. I am married, so I am not looking to date anyone, but I am friendly and love to learn about making myself into a "better me"! :)

I like to feel strong! I love how good I feel when participating in sports and motivating others.
