I got started because I realized I had completely LOST my booty!! In high school I was in cheerleading and I was a flier so I used my lower body muscles all the time. Well, I guess I stopped using them as much and my booty just completely vanished! I mean I felt like it was negative space back there haha. So I decided I wanted it back, and I knew I had to work to get it!!
But the more I worked on my booty, the more I realized "Well hey...there's plenty else that I need to work on too!" I may be thin, but I'm soft and squishy and don't have much muscle.
And there begins the journey of ending my skinny-fatness haha.
I feel SO GOOD about myself when I'm working out. I feel empowered, I feel productive, and most of all I feel sexy! I see the pictures of the super hot girls with the super hot bodies, and I just can't wait to look like that! :)) I just love knowing the possibilities there are for me, not to mention how ALIVE you feel when you're lifting!! I love the blood rush, I love the strain, I love the bead of sweat that trails down your spine, and I love the shower afterwards haha.
