I have been trying fitness techniques on and off since 2009 or so but only just got very serious about it in 2012. I wanted the fit body and the fitness to match and decided I would work my butt off for it.
One of my role models is Jamie Eason. Her realistic approach to fitness and overall look has inspired me over the past year.

I get a bit lax during my university study periods and I'm still trying to find a balance in there for a fit lifestyle.

I love how I feel and look after working out, I love achieving more and more strength and fitness goals, and I find it helps me be motivated in other areas of my life.
Having a workout routine gives me a balance in my lifestyle and a reason to eat healthy, since I don't want to ruin all that work at the gym.
I love being a literally strong woman.
