I first set foot in a gym when I was probably thirteen. I was a very overweight child! But I quickly fell in love with weightlifting. I've always played sports and enjoyed physical activity but was never serious about my health until very recently. A good friend began competing in competitions and she inspired me to really focus on bodybuilding.

I love bodybuilding because I love muscle! My body has so much potential that has yet to fully be seen, but each time I lift, I see a little more of what it can achieve. Discovering muscle I never knew I had is addicting.
