I first started working out during my time as a collegiate baseball player. The teams' daily workouts improved my game on multiple levels and I became a believer in fitness. Once my baseball career came to an end, so did my motivation for fitness. I spent the next few summers wondering why I couldn't be in shape like the ripped guys at the beach. Early in 2012 I made a committment to do everything in my power to be fit by summer. Now I'm back to pick up where I left off after college and have no intentions of stopping!

I love pushing my mind and body beyond the limits and testing my abilities. Bodybuilding offers that on a daily basis. Its amazing to see how the human body reacts to a proper diet and fitness routine.
