Growing up my Dad was always showing me how to lift weights and use proper form in our mini gym in the garage. He was training for the Junior Mr. NJ when he went to vietnam with the Navy. We still talk fitness to this day and I suppose that's where it all begin. I've been on and off into fitness my whole life. It wasn't until I joined the Marine Corps that my passion took off and...well...the rest is history!

It makes me feel so much better about myself and I love the small accomplishments. Everyday I look and feel better and thats part of what makes me continue my journey.
