I initially got started back in 2005 to put on some muscle since I was an avid runner. Since then I have lifted off and on. My struggle has always been consistency.

I've been a member on this site for about 15 years. Below is my original statement and I thought it was funny how I used to think so I'm leaving it in there lol.These days I wouldn't say I necessarily love it, I'm just trying to stay healthy and be functional.
