Rocky!!!....I don't even know how old I was, but after watching the training scenes in ALL of the rocky movies, that was it, I was running down the street throwing air punches.

I always loved the PE classes at school, so much so that I even volunteered to supervise the school gym on my lunch breaks. I turned my education towards sports and fitness as it became more of an obsession than just a hobby. Beginning my career in the fitness industry didn't require much thought. It all just seemed to fall into place.
