I have always been into fitness sports and so on... Since no age i had started going to swimming classes before school, after school i used to have basketball training too. few years down the line i joined rowing team, were i had trained for over a year too. When I came to Northern Ireland everything seemed so different. I joined rugby team at a youth level and stayed playing up until few years back. Next thing I have done was joined Northern Ireland's Taek Won Do Team, and I have been practicing it ever since. Since age of 16 I was always into bodybuilding, fitness and power training. There is nothing more amazing than being able to lift really heavy things... I think i will never stop till the end of time!
I love training due to positive energy which you get after each session in the gym. I could be extremely tired, drained from work, but i still get my ass in to the gym and i come out as a new person! I love power, speed, agility and looks in the end...
