I've always been wishing a great physique a great muscular built but I have never done anything for it. In 2011 I got fed up and I took the first step in the direction to create the new ME.
I knew it is going to be a long journey to get there but during the last 2 and a half years I have just realised that the journey is more important. I started to enjoy doing workouts and to learn a lot about my body and I still have many open questions. I read a lot in the topics related to bodybuilding and healthy lifestyle and I am trying to experiment my body and listen to its reactions.
My aim is not to lift the heaviest and move the weight from A to B. My aim is to achieve the most muscle work and get the most gains. I am lifting for myself. I am training my body and not my ego. And what others think about what I am doing? It matters the least... If I get to my goal in 1 or 2 years from now, who cares. I want to enjoy training as long as it possible and improve myself to my limits.
I love it because it gives me challenge, it gives me pleasure. I love the burn and the post workout sore. I love the moment when my heart rate, my breath goes up and it is like nothing is around me. Just me and the weights...
