I was made fun of when I was younger. And I was over weight. Not, obese over weight. But a little chubby. When I was around 14 or 15 years old, I started working out. I was on sports teams, I would run, etc... I would watch workout shows on TV and follow along. It was when I was around 16 that I started getting serious. I was training almost every day, doing HIIT workouts. I don't use the weight machines. I use free weights and do whole body circuits. That's when I really started to watch what I ate. I would follow diets, look up advice online, etc... But what I started to do was to just eat lean proteins, lots of fruits and veggies, and stay away from anything packaged, unless it has actual ingredients I can read on it, like lara bars. I found that just sticking to that plan has helped me a lot. Over the years, I've gained muscle, and my body is toner than it was ever before. I still want to lose some body fat though and tone up even more. I also want to major in health science but go to med school. I hope to be a sports medicine physician. And I plan on getting my personal training certificate this summer.
