I love working out for a few different reasons. The way it makes me feel powerful, strong, healthy, and like I am able to do anything. I also love the way lifting weights sculpts my body, changing it for the good! I am strong and healthy and I will not take it for granted! I have been working out for about 4 years now on and off. Consistently for a year and a half. I have become stronger and more consistent with programs and dieting but I still struggle with those "bad weekends/days" that end up sucking all your progress away. A treat here and there add up quicker than you think and before you know it your summer clothes from the previous year no longer fit! And..that's where I am today. I am sick of feeling uncomfortable and letting myself go too often.
I signed up for the Jamie Eason LiveFit 12 week program and I am starting today! I cant wait!
My goal is to lose fat be able to see all my muscles that have grown over the past year or so. My husband also is a dedicated gym go-er so that is motivation for me as well. Although, he is not a clean eater :( and that's 95% of my struggle.. BUT I can do it.
