Hi I'm Madison, and I'm a sophomore in high school. I'm a volleyball player, cross country runner, track runner, and rugby player! I started calorie counting at a very young age when I got signed to a modelling agency. I was never overweight in the first place but I was on the high end of the normal scale in terms of body fat and weight. I had very loose eating habits, I'm not completely sure but I believe I weighed close to 126 pounds at that time.
In the summer of 2012 I was noticing my body and how out of shape I was. I started being more diligent and constricting my calorie intake. I ended up losing too much weight, almost 20 pounds, I was mostly bones. I gained about 5 pounds of muscle weight back and have improved my calorie intake to a healthy amount along with daily exercise. I try to run 7k a day, (although with school it's hard to do). I play rugby and do cross country. I recently won my first cross country race against about 100 other girls!
I'm no body builder, but I really do admire some of the men I see on here who are completely ripped! hats off to you :) I'm terrible with weights.
Although I do pilates/yoga. I'm determined to strengthen my arms since I'm all legs at the moment.
