Basically, I grew up being the target for all kinds of fat joke. At the young age of 17, I was weighing in at 267lbs standing at 5ft 7in. Now you can only imagine the amount of ridicule I had to put up with. Now that im 24 and have been serving in the Navy for about 3 years now, I can say that im in the best shape of my life. BUT, there's alwasy room for improvement when it comes to fitness..

Why do I love working out? Well its that feeling you get when you find it within yourself to push out that One More Rep. Then at the end for the workout, the 'F*#× Yea' feeling sets in. I feel good knowing that im one day closer to obtaining my fitness goals.
