I've been working out for several years now. But, never really had any success with any gains. I've made some gains the past few years, but, progress has been slow. Weight gain has also always been very difficult and made even harder the last couple of years due to following a strict diet for medical reasons. By following the SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet), it just so happens, I am forced to eat "clean" every day.

So, I have made a lot of tweaks where I can, what I eat, how often. Since the new year, I added a few new foods. Bam, since then, I have seen a drastic difference. Finally. I have been able to consistently gain weight on a regular basis and hope to keep going!
