Suddenly i wake up from deep sleep and i noticed that all my time was for my work and family and no time for my self .. so i decided that 2015 is the year of changes .. and the first thing to change is my shape . and because am auditor so it is in my nature to be accurate and do the right thing in a professional way ! so i start with this site with 105 KG and i hope to change it
