When I was in elementary school, 5th grade I believe, I remember playing NBA Street 3 for the play station 2. On that game you could select build ranging from scrawny to ripped. I thought, "Hey that looks cool, I wouldn't mind looking like that when I'm older" Throughout middle school I played sports and did my push ups, pull ups, curls, and crunches. I never took the weight room seriously till Spring 2010. I have been a track runner ever since 7th grade and that is one reason for me to stay lean and powerful rather than bulky and massive.
Fitness is one of my greatest passions, if not the greatest. I love the fact that I can feel like I've accomplished much more than the people around me at the end of the day. I love to train strength because it gives me a good foundation. I don't like to hear "you're strong for your size" or even age. Who cares? I'd rather hear "You're strong" Because then people will grasp a thought and think about what you have done to get there, and then they will respect.
