I could do anything with my body but was doing nothing, so I decided I would try something new with weight lifting and I absolutely loved it.

After 2 years of literally crawling out of bed for no reason (no school, no job, no commitment period.)this really gave me something to commit myself to and see remarkable change while I did it. I am able to sleep better and feel more capable all the way around.
