19-23 I was pretty good, that's when pro-hormones were hot and legal...those helped.
24-32 time in the Navy and have to do 1.5 mile runs and X amount of sit-ups and push-ups. Working out helps me de-stress from a stressful job and clear my mind.

I love the endorphin flows during and after. It brings a smile to my face when I'm in the middle of an excercise. I also like the pump afterwards. I like helping out fellow weight lifters and talking about certain mind ****s and how to balance it out. Also helping lifters with a spot even when he/she doesn't think it's needed. The golden rule applies.
