I was always in dance, ice skating and gymnastics growing up and never really "went to a gym" and "worked out". So the idea of do so was a bit foreign. Through several things in life, one thing lead to another and I became a personal trainer, more because I wanted to help people with their health/wellness goals. Which meant I HAD to learn about the gym and gym work outs....As I've grown older and "wiser" (wink wink) I have ALWAYS been very goal oriented, and I wanted to challenge myself further that where I had ever been...which brings us to this moment :) So here I am working out more than I ever have in my entire life. :)
I wouldn't say I LOVE it yet.....there's a big chance that I good EASILY become addicted ....lol and I still don't know that I would say I LOVE it....lets just say, I'll let you know when I do love it ;D
