Finding out that you are pregnant and you as yourself decided to live a healthy pregnancy (clear by the Dr.) but then 7 weeks (2011) into your pregnancy you have a miscarriage(genetics)...yet nobody to turn to and being blamed by certain people for it because of the daily walking I was doing... at that point I made a promise to the baby I had lost that I will keep working out and live a healthy and fit lifestyle... so here I am 2015 sitting writing down my why!... So here I go guys this is the how I got started working out 💜
