I was a depressed skinny fat kid throughout most of my adolescent period. I suffered with low self esteem and adopted a victim mentality. In college, I realized that I had made myself this way and it was time to take responsibility for myself and my health. Now, at 28, weighing in at 205 lbs, an all time high, I feel motivated to change my life. I want to see my abs, get stronger and live a healthy life.

I love the empowering feeling of killing a tough work out. You might feel like you're gonna die, but friend, those are the days that you grow!
