I had completed my Paramedic program, and was on a family vacation when I decided to start losing weight. I had reached a max weight of 330lbs, and really felt like crap. I couldn't breath well, my back hurt all the time, and I had started developing high blood pressure. I started by losing weight really fast, and was quickly down to 300lbs. I continued, and now I am currently at 254lbs looking to cut around 25-30lbs more. I am going to keep on pushing, and fighting this great fight that I started.

Working out just makes you feel really good. It resets your body and mind everyday you complete a hard and intensifying workout. When you start noticing change it makes it that much better to know that you are doing things correctly and accurately.
